Bonus Summary
Pursuant to Regulation 30 of Listing Regulations, it is hereby informed that the Board of Directors (“the Board”) of AU Small Finance Bank Limited (“the Bank”) at its Meeting held on Tuesday, 26th April, 2022 has inter-alia considered and recommended a bonus issue of 1 equity share for every 1 equity share held, subject to approval by the shareholders and any other applicable statutory and regulatory approvals. Further, the bonus shares will be credited to those shareholders who are holding the equity shares as on a record date to be determined by the Board.
